SUICIDE BY TEXT. It is a new and frightening sign of the times — the nefarious utilization of texting to instigate suicide. On 13 July 2014, Conrad Henri Roy III committed suicide at the age of 18, encouraged by 17 year old Michelle Carter (a long distance girlfriend) via text messaging. On 16 June 2017, Carter was convicted of involuntary manslaughter with criminal intent to encourage the suicide of Roy and sentenced to two and a half years in prison. This three-part article series analyzes the numerological aspects of Roy (Part 1), Carter (Part 2) and their relationship (Part 3). NOTE: This tragic suicidal drama of Conrad Roy and his facilitator Michelle Carter highlights the critical importance of understanding numerology. Both Roy and Carter suffered from medically known mental issues, issues also clearly defined in their King's Numerology™ charts. Having knowledge of these issues, parents, medical, psychiatric and healthcare professionals could have been alerted and taken positive action to alleviate the mental issues of both Roy and Carter. CONRAD ROY - PRIMARY ISSUES & TROUBLED LIFE Sadly, Conrad Roy's life was heavily troubled from the beginning. His Basic Matrix and Life Matrix reveal a destiny plagued with challenging issues of self image, happiness, well-being, fulfillment, independence, identity, alienation, isolation, inner turmoil, chaos and secrecy. By all accounts, Roy was very smart but smart does not equate to self-worth, balance, harmony, centeredness, peace, wholeness and happiness. Regardless of external positives, his internal negatives were troublesome, to say the least. Plus, Roy had an overwhelming amount of the Great Purifier 16-7 energy in his chart at the time of his demise. This played a major role in his fatal misfortune. CONRAD ROY - BASIC MATRIX For starters, Roy's Umbrella (Lifepath, Expression and PE) manifested a 9/(16-7)/16-7 energy pattern. As King's Numerology™ students know, the 16-7 is the most challenging of all binary number patterns. The 16-7 is the number of spiritual testing and purification. His full birth name (Expression) houses a 16-7 but so does his PE (Performance/Experience), which is the role he was destined to play on the great life stage. One 16-7 in the Umbrella is challenging enough, but two is quite difficult, as his life and tragic suicide reveal.  With dual 16-7s in his Umbrella, Roy was destined to be a loner, to withdraw, seek privacy and seclusion. The 16-7 will bring turmoil, but if one is led to concentrate on the spiritual purification aspect of the 16-7, great spiritual gains can be made. If everyone associated with him had known of his dilemma, they could have helped steer him in a positive direction. Unfortunately, this did not happen. The two 3s in Roy's Soul and Material Soul indicate a desire to communicate, seek fulfillment, joy and happiness. The problem is that his desires were limited, if not overshadowed, even suffocated, by the dual 16-7s in his Umbrella. This was a principle cause of his unhappiness. He couldn't be happy when his life kept him in confusion and offered no Soul Layer Release for his most primal desires. CONRAD ROY - LIFE MATRIX The two 16-7s in Roy's Umbrella were part of his problem, no doubt. But his Life Matrix (LM) indicates much more strife. First, every one of the 11 LIST (Lessons, Influences, Subjects and Themes) components of the LM (Epochs, Pinnacles and Challenges) had to filter through his 16-7 Expression energy, thus coloring the outcome cipher with the 16-7's purification energy. Plus, his 2nd Epoch, Grand Pinnacle and Crown Pinnacle all reflect his 9/(16-7)/16-7 life Umbrella. He never lived long enough to transit these energies, dying at age 18 in his first Epoch-Pinnacle-Challenge (E-P-C) Triad whose timeline was from birth through age 27. Had he lived to transit these 9/(16-7)/16-7 energy fields, his life would have been even more challenging than it was, if such a condition were at all possible.  As his chart reveals, the Influence/Reality Set (I/R Set) of Roy's first E-P-C Triad is a 3/(16-7)/1 energy field. To have all three of these major timelines house the same energy creates stacking, which generates intensity. As we look forward in his Life Matrix, we see that every one of his four Challenges carries the 3/(16-7)/1 energy field. This creates life linkage, meaning that his whole life from birth to death would be saturated with challenges regarding his happiness, image, health, well-being and fulfillment (3) relating to his self, ego, identity, independence, strength, courage and will (1). Together, the 3 and 1 always represent the self (1) and its image (3) in some form. Thus, with life linkage, Roy was beset with trying to manage his self-interest, image, happiness, identity, independence, health and well-being for his entire life. Another note is that the two numbers representing a solo solitary life are the 1 and 7. The 1 is solo; the 7 is solitary. The 1 is the maverick, pioneer, leader; the 7 is the inward dwelling thinker, recluse and private person. When the 3 filters through Roy's 16-7 Expression, the outcome 1 would be a person who is private, seclusive, withdrawn, internal. CONRAD ROY - NAME & LETTER TIMELINES The name Conrad is a 1 in reduction. Its Name Timeline (NTL) is from birth through the 28th year. When this 1 filters through Roy's 9 Lifepath, the IR Set is a 1/(9)/1. A three word string for this pattern is self/(power)/self, the second "self" being stronger than the first because the second "self" is empowered by the 9 — the number of power. Another string could be ego/(power)/ego. This 1/(9)/1 energy is, indeed, powerful and it is prone to being arrogant, self-serving, dominant, egocentric. With this energy, it's all about the self and its power. Roy died in the "R" Letter Timeline (LTL) of Conrad. Its energy pattern is a 9/(9)/9 — total power. Therefore, between his NTL and LTL, Roy was consumed with himself and power. Sadly, he acted on the dark side of these energies. The 9 also rules terminations, endings, finalizations. It doesn't necessarily equate to death unless other negative energies are involved, which was the case in Roy's passing. CONRAD ROY — THE 16-7 STACKING AT DEATH Conrad Roy died on 13 July 2014 when he was 18 years old, just eight weeks before his 19th birthday. The date of 13 July 2014 is a 9 in reduction (1 + 3 + 7 + 2 + 0 + 1 + 4 = 18: 1 + 8 = 9). This created a 9/(16-7)/16-7 IR Set. This matched his 9/(16-7)/16-7 Umbrella. But there's more. At the time of his death, Roy's chart reveals a whopping 21 stack of the Great Purifier 16-7 energy! This is staggering, absolutely staggering, and obviously fatal.

Richard, I just finished reading your first two books: "The King's Book of Numerology, Volumes 1 and 2."
Your overall approach makes more sense to me than any other author on the subject. In my quest to not
just learn but to truly understand and apply Numerology, I’ve read Matthew Oliver, Hanz Decoz, Juno Jorden,
Joanne Justice, Chero, Lloyd Stayhorn, Lynn Buess, Heather Lagen, Julian Moore, and others. I am grateful
to each of these authors as I did learn learn much from them. Yet, to me there seemed to be a missing synthesis
as each author emphasized elements of divination somewhat differently, and at times, contradictory.
Richard, your approach is comprehensive and layered, seemingly leaving no numerical-stone unturned.
The beginner will appreciate your initial simplicity and unique narrative that clearly connect this subject to its
underlying spiritual-context in which all Numerology is based. Afterwards, the way you move into a multi-layered
synthesis, more representative of the human condition than any approach I’ve experienced, is extraordinary.
